Hey, someone was selling an R6 as a "good beginner bike" a few weeks ago on Seattle CL...

Yeah, I am still new to riding, but I have a friend that wants to get an R6 as his first bike.  Everytime i see him i tell him to take the class, get his license, and then get a smaller starter bike that isn't a true sportbike.  I only hope he listens.

Forget the R6.  He lists an R1.   :nono:
The R1 is the most famous noob-killer in my book, and worlds different than the SV650 on his list.

ha!

i saw someone riding an r6 the other day. he was trying to make a uturn, which was just painful to watch.  he went really slowly and barely turned his head.

of course as soon as he made the turn, he opened that fucker up to shoot off into the distance.  at least he seemed to be properly garbed  :thumb:

Not native american ... Indian from India ... observation ... being Injun myself ... I can spot a name and say its injun ... and heck down to the region he's from ... In any case Injun's are sorta Honda civic if single, Honda accord if married, Honda Odyssey if they have kids ... Now this dude totally blows that stereotype and is so far off the map ... heck he's far off the map no matter what race ... but just from my point of view ... Makes a larger contrast ...
