I know this has probably already been posted but I couldnt find anything. I want to put a pic of my bike as my avatar but its larger then 10kb. Anyone have any way to make it smaller?

I just use:

Start -> Run -> mspaint

Pretty easy to shrink stuff...... :dunno:

Paint doesn't resample, so you get jaggies on resize.
