Could someone measure these four dimensions in inches or centimeters.

Thank you.

I like to pretend that if I ever got some spare time, I would start a fairing project as well, and as such, would be interested in these measurements as well.

average

why is this considered a project? Wouldnt the F fairings mount right up with the proper hardware?

ya if you have swiss cheeze frame [lots of holes]....but no seriously the front end clip is different and not entirely but the 04+ bikes have a bigger gas tank [gallons wise] so the tanks bigger in some way. I can't ever seem to get a close close look at a 500F as the two shops here get an F model and sell it the next day :guns:
Motorcycle's are God's greatest creation; turning gas into noise with acceleration & power as side effects

This is what i messured.

1.  5 7/8 inches
2.  2 3/4 inches
3.  2 1/4 inches
4.  19 inches (rolled I rolled the tape to get the full measurement)

Good luck with your project.

Well last summer my bike looks like this
and now it looks like this.

It took about 170 hours to do whole thing in last winter. There was some work to do, this is minor project.
No I don't take orders when ever this project works or not, but I hope someone else get inspired and do the same.
I hate buying everything factory made, thats why I start double exshaust project this winter if I get this one ready...

Ahh, nothing like a good old GS winter teardown.  Check out my picture page in my sig. it shows my bike when I first bought it and then a more recent picture.  I made a few minor changes the first two years I had it then went all out this last winter, its like a whole different bike though.
