I'd look at the battery first.  Check the voltage.  Keep in mind that the bike is still under warranty, so don't waste too much time on it...

Yeah, what could drain the voltage so fast though??? Being outside? Also ive got a 4 year warranty and i purchased in April So I have just a little Time left... j/k Id hate to bring it in and lose it for a week or 2 before it gets cold though. But thanks ill test the battery tomorrow.

Using the bike at all drains the battery.  Usually, it's recharged, and if it isn't, it'll go down fast.

Hehe, my 04 did the same thing at about the same number of miles.  Must just be a wierd quirk.  It will do that for some time then it will go away for good after a while.  Atleast that was the case with my bike.  Try taking the bike for a longer trip at high rpms, seemed to fix mine.  also when you first start it up dont touch the throttle till you hear it start to pop off.  If it still doesnt start, its probably flooded so open the choke all the way and pull the throttle all the way open.  It will be a rough start hehe but in should start atleast anyway heh.

Ok thanks, How would i know if it was a compression problem? when the bike runs after the rough start it reuns fine just as peppy as usual. What are some signs of a compression issue?
