Most of my bikes have been female.  The SV was male, and the GSX-R might be, too.

My brothers girlfriend once asked me the question why blokes refer to their cars/bikes as her/she? So to stir her up a bit I told her that all cars/bikes are female because if they were boys then they wouldn't give us any trouble.

My bikes have been far more reliable and useful than any male in my life has yet been.

We have two GS's. My main commuter is male, and the new rat bike is female. Don't ask me how I know these things; I just do!  

Hey, just be glad you didn't dent your tank. Although it can be an easy fix with one of those as-seen-on-TV units (they work!), it's still depressing to see a big 'ol whack in your gas tank.

great naming convention for your automobiles, characters from LOTR. I'd expect nothing less from a person with a screen name taken from Greek Mythology.

As for me, my bikes lack names and therefore sex, however all of my computers are named after guitar players. Jimi, StevieRay, Buddy, etc.... If I ever get enough computers I'd like to start a band!!!
