I did a search on eBay and came up with the following:

http://search.ebay.com/integrator_eBay-Motors_W0QQcatrefZC12QQcoactionZcompareQQcoentrypageZsearchQQcopagenumZ1QQfmcZ1QQfromZR10QQfrppZ50QQfsooZ1QQfsopZ1QQftrtZ1QQftrvZ1QQmaxrecordsreturnedZ300QQmppfqyZintegratorQQsacatZ6000QQsaprchiZQQsaprcloZ

Are any of these a viable option for the GS? There is the Clear Alternatives LED kit, but I'd love to spend less than $90. I think the Blackbird light fits ours with minor mods (ala Pantablo), but these are cheap and may be crappy. Any idears? That's right, idear with an r.

A trailer wiring harness kit does the same thing.
Common sense in not very common.

Could I do that and throw in some LEDs? And how difficult is the trailer harness install? I remember reading a thread about it not too long ago, but it seemed like there were some unanswered questions for me (I am not a genius when it comes to electrical projects, but I can learn)

I can not help with LEDS. I know someone has done a write-up, which may be the thread you are referring to. They are not difficult to install. Just think of your tail light is the trailer and follow the wiring diagram.

The question I have is with the black/white wires (-) off the turn signals. Where do these go when I remove the signals and why are they included to begin with if they aren't needed? Because I don't see anything about using them with the integrator. Sorry, I am not great with wiring, like I said earlier.

I am not familiar with the integrators that only have 2 output wires.
The ones I have installed have 4 output wires, like this.
