Quote from: Susuki_Jahyou guys are helping people? when did that happen?  and im only a duck to people who are straight up retarted is that why you might think im being a duck to you?

you are just getting a dose of what some of you do on here.. someone writes "hey its fun to stunt" you guys write "WTF that is so stupid and the police will get you blah blah im the  mr or mrs safety I rule" .... same thing dude. no one likes people to post the same shaZam! over and over so get over it.

I have gone from knowing nothing about bikes to doing my own services, mods, etc., all from the help of people here. So the no help thing is out the window, pal. I'm sorry that we are all inferior to you. I bow down to you and your mastery of motorcycles.

And why does it bother you so bad? You know the three topics that are beat into the ground: Gear, MSF Course, and Stunting. Everyone is pro the first two and almost always anti the third one. It's pretty well-known; I'd think that someone as wise and talented as you would know that.

You wouldn't happen to be a short guy, would you? People with inferiority complexes tend to try and make others feel/look stupid. Do you ever hear truly smart people call others stupid? Nope, it's the people with IQs that match their hat size that throw "idiot", "stupid", etc. around.

I'll let you sit on my shoulders if you want to see what the rest of us see.

No im actually 6' tall and I have no problem with people telling other people to wear gear.. but a select few call others here on the forum stupid for not wearing gear or stunting and constantly go over and over about it. Ive been helped by a few people on here aswell. most of them you dont see post much but I have been helped. I never said this site as a bad place. I love this site and there are alot of good people on here. But a few of you know that you need to back off from peoples choices. I dont know where the hell you get off saying im short? you want pictures or somthing? are you ghey or somthing?

Yes, you caught me; I am a homersexual. It's such an obvious correlation: Saying somone is short in an attempt to explain their inferior-like complex=automatic homersexual

I should have learned that one early. Oops, I did it again.

Ok so I'm gonna try to get this back on topic... which I believe was stunts. For those of you that've tried wheelies on a GS did you have to use the clutch to get it up or did simply accelorating hard do it?

Actually, this is reminding me of the rather silly but sometimes fun movie Straight Talk - one of the characters asks Dolly Parton where she got her degree.  "Where did ah get my degree?  Ah went to Screw U!"

Search for Wheelies.  Believe it or not, the topic has been beaten to death. :)

Jake D

There are two primary ways to do a wheelie on a GS.

1) One guy can pre-load the forks by pushing down on them and then gunning it.

2) 99% of the other people that do it go along pretty slow, like 5 mph, pull in clutch, rev to between 5K and 7K and pop clutch.   This also seems to work from a stand still.

You can put your left foot on the passenger footpeg if you want, but I'd leave your right covering the brake.

Not that I agree with Susuki_Jah.  It's obvious he doesn't agree with the prevailing philosophy here.  So why does he hang around?  Just seems kinda dumb.

Edit: Quiet, you

No, I'm saying Einstein was a pretty smart guy, and he called people stupid.  All of 'em.  At once.  Times infinity.

So there.

I figured that was what you were saying. However, I never heard of him walking up to someone and saying "You, good sir, are stupid." You know what I mean? It's different to point at one person than to generalize about a large group. Like if I say "Americans as a whole are becoming increasingly overweight", I'm making a blanket statement. If I say "Hey Hot Karl, you're fat", then I'm being judgemental and should check myself. Before I wreck myself. I guess... :?

Albert included himself in that.  It was a little moment of self-deprecating humor.  And accurate in the non-self-deprecating side of it, to boot. :)
