I'm about to put my new 14t sprocket on my bike.  I've been advised to get a new chain, since my old one has 17k miles on it, and since I'm goin' stunt, that would put alotta stress on it I imagine.

What kinda tools do I need for this?  Is there any specific chain someone might recommend?  520 right?  Does it make any difference whether its o-ring or x-ring?
