Well...  It wasn't really that bad of a rampage...  It was more of a miscalculation with a short curb and an overexcited gas pedal foot.

I started off with a 9mm, which was good for my hand, but the last time I went shooting, I shot with a glock, and my instructor tried to get me to start shooting in tournies. It's just a fun thang for me; I'm not really interested in competition. The glock is heavy in my hand, but once I got used to it, I did pretty well.

I went shooting with a cop friend once (it was the first time I'd ever been shooting), and I shot better than he did.  :lol:  It's a good thing he wasn't all ego, or I'd have been in trouble! :lol:  :lol:

My bf won't go shooting with me...I think he thinks I'm gonna shoot the wrong way or sumpin.    :mrgreen:

(But then again, he doesn't think I can drive, either, so what does HE know anywayz!)

well the saga continues


    the punk bastards on the far side of the neighborhood went around hitting cars with bats and shooting houses with paint ball guns.  when the police went to there house,  mom said they were home all night.  they didn't get my house luckly.  my dogs did go nuts twice last night.  Ive starte patrolling the yard 4 or 5 times a night with a 12 gauge,  a 9mm , the wifey takes the mini 14 (.223 with a 30 round mag).  they show up here someone is leaving in a body bag.  Also my neighbor that was hurt is home,  he has his arm in a sling a may require surgery.  wonder if the police are gonna pay for it??

Im just outside cincinnati ohio.  up untill 4 months ao it was a very quite neighborhood.  One of the neighbors called the owner of the house were the "angels" live.  they said if we all sign a petition and the get enough police reports they will evict them.  atleast there is some hope.

Not really hijacking the thread     But if you like how a glock fits, try a 1911.  I just got a S&W 1911 pd, talk about a nice shooting and feeling 45.

ktrim, be carefull patrolling the yard.  Patrolling the yard is brandishing in many localities, but I don't know a thing about Ohio.  Keep the weapons inside and a camera outside.  Don't want to see someone protecting themselves in jail, because of some morons.

We've had to set up a surveillance system. It's actually done some good. The neighbors don't trespass now that they know they're being filmed.

I'm not sure what the laws in Ohio are, but cops here have told me on the QT that if there's a shooting, drag the bastards inside. Sad commentary, isn't it.

I'm so sorry you're going through this, ktrim. This truly sucks, and I'd like to help you shoot them myself.  :guns:  :guns:  :guns:  It's just frickin' criminal that you and your poor neighbor are going through this.  

I spoke to the police about the firearms ( i have many 12 gauge, mini14, 9mm, 38, 32 revolver, 32 derringer, and a 22 rifle, 2 compound bows) the exact words of the 2 police officer that were here was "we wish there were more people like you,  then we wouldn't have these problems.  the kids would stay at their own home" I don't knowthe exact laws,  but have been told that as long as it is in plain site, and pointed up/safe direction.  that it is legal.  i.e. not making threating motions towards anyone.  under the circumstances, I don't care.  We have asked for increased patrolls by the police, children services won't do anything, kids parents are worthless,  I am going to protect my family/property by any means necessary.  I don't particularly want to shoot a teenager ( i may joke about it, but would prefer it never happen) but if it comes down to them or my family,  they will leave in a body bag.  (now I sound like a psycho).

Naw, you don't sound like a psycho. You sound like someone who cares about and wants to protect his family. It sucks that we need to arm ourselves, but I'm with ya'. If there's a choice of who's leaving in a body bag, it ain't gonna be moi...it's gonna be the bad guy.

see, now is the time when you should start exacting revenge on the bastards.  sabotage them. destroy them psychologically.  infest their house with cockroaches and rats and call the health dept.  go buy some syringes, open them and toss them aroudn their yard at night. sneak over and shaZam! on their car. call cys and tell them the kids are being sexually molested. go somewhere shady and buy some childporn and stash it in their garage.  some people are scum and deserve to be tormented.

Been there but the asshats that lived next to me like to hit my car with things.  3 dents and many stains later I had the police monitor my car, cause the parents said the same thing you little bastards parents said, I had the police drive by every hour or so on weekends and my asshats got arrested and charged    and i promiss that was on fix up i decided not to do myself to save money.

parked on the street for more than a hour, abandoned car. have it towed.
scrape thier sticker off the LP, first cop that sees them will ticket them.
if they leave a window open in a car drop a few buds in there, then call the cops and tell them that the parents are dealing.  
leave empty paint/solvent cans outside ther garage so it looks like a meth lab.
dead fish in the bushes, but make sure that they are up off the ground so you can't see them if you look underneath.
vasaline/motor oil on the top side of the wiper blades.
nails behind tires.

but your best bet is to set up cams. and get them on film.

if they are that bad of neighbors though and you can get the rest of your neighbors in on it  go upwind of the house and set up some tear gas so it drifts down into their place.  then paintball them when they come out.

wow... I can just see a whole neighborhood paintballing this asshat family as they come running out... while not exactly practical, I give you a 10 for creativity, Dave...

Mine seems to be on track to become some sorta reverse angel ... he's a total terror when we're alone with him ... someone else is around and he is a total kitten ... the whole 9 yards, pitiable cute looks, wide eyed innocence ... everything ... I have 1/2 a mind to take on some boarders ... just to have him behave ...
