Hey guys, had a cool thing happen to me in rush hour today.  I had a girl behind me in some Corolla and everytime I looked back she would smile.  Finally she pulls up next to me and asks..

"How much do you want for a ride on that?"

I of course replied "For you, not much at all."

So I figure she's just kidding around and finally she pulls up next to me and asks for my number.  I have her pull over in a truck stop up ahead and we talk a little before I give her my number and she takes off.  

She wants to get together, and Ive sure never been picked up on a freeway before.  Cute as hell chick too.

My friends and I were meeting at a Blockbuster parking lot before we went out to my place to get some food and wash our cars/bike (I was the only rider there; one friend was in dire need of washing his new RX-8... lucky bastard :x). Well, seeing as it's still 100+ here in Austin, I went into the Blockbuster to escape the searing heat. There was a girl in there (very cute, might I add) who asked me about where I got my helmet, my gear, and about my bike. She said she was considering getting a motorcycle, too. She recently test rode one of her friends she was considering buying, but lowsided it at 15mph (sad! ). She recognized mine as a GS500 because that was the type of bike she was going to buy. We chatted it up for a while, and I was on my way (I DID have plans, ya know).

So it's true. Girls like the GS.

No! She said she was mainly starting to ride for her boyfriend. He recently totaled his '05 SV650S, though. Totaled: i.e. wadded it the f$%^ up. She works 2 minutes from my dorm, so I'm sure I'll see her again. I invited her to the board, too. Maybe she'll stop in some time. That'd be nice.

Perhaps the boyfriend's an idiot, and she'll become available. In the meantime, you can't have too many friends!  

Perhaps she'll become available by the boyfriend squid'ing himself to his gra.... wait, i shouldn't say such nasty things. She'll want you for being the good person you are, and break up with him!

My gear isn't bad, nothing too crazy for a GS.  I think she just liked the bike, or the kind of guy she thinks rides.  Either works for me.
