I would argue that actually both encourage tolerance and non-judgement but many of the practioners ignore those parts. :dunno:

OK ... I have met tolerant and non judgemental christians and muslims ... and have met the opposite as well - and they are all staunchly religious ... However I must say ... I have never met a judgemental Buddhist ...

yeah...

almost all religions preach tolerance and peace

but...

most people tend to go against the teachings.

just like in most things in life
