Free Beer, Free Beer,
that's my favorite brand.
If I didn't have to buy it,
it's the best beer in the land.
Warm, flat, funky,
it don't matter to me.
The greatest beer in this whole world
is the one you buy for me!
GS500F in BLUE because that's the COOLEST color!

Chuck

Honey Brown
Yuengling (sorry bargovic, second favorite)
Red Hook
Sam Adams
Guiness
Magic Hat #9

I'm still learning new brews, so the list could change at any moment.

Badger

Sam Adams (because it's fairly ubiquitous now)
-or-
Any good ale darker than a penny served in a place where you can see the brew kettles from the bar.

Grainbelt

I have to pipe in on this one -

Black & Tan.
Summit Winter Ale - St. Paul, MN
Rogue Dead Guy Ale - Portland, OR
Big Sky Summer Honey Ale - somewhere in MT
Bass Ale

And for beer I thought was good when I was in college, Grainbelt Premium (see screen name). Now made in New Ulm, MN, formerly at the Minnesota Brewing company in St. Paul.

I got blasted one night in Crested Butte at dollar beer night at the Eldo.

They had Rainer and Pigs Eye.

I puked my ever loving guts out.

Not a good beer (I drank probably 24, though, and missed a day of snowboarding).

It also happened to be fish taco night.  Not a good situation.

I agree with davipu, cold free beer is best followed by free beer.

When i buy it :
Keystone - cheap as dirt.
SouthPaw - dito.
Bud or Bud light
Miller / Miller Lite
Newcatle
woodchuck green - breakfast beer of champs, when cold goes down like applejuice :thumb:
....

So basically if its beer, i drink it

The term for that is Vomu-nition: stuff you eat now, and know you will throw it up later after drinking.
