i have been riding motorcycles since i was 6 years old... regretfully though i know very little about how to troubleshoot.  Ok... so she ran fine (gs500e) and then i let her sit for about.... 2 or 3 weeks.. (michigan.. incase weather could have something to do with it) i have tried to start her with the battery hooked to the charger.. so i know its not that... all i get is ra ra rar ra ra ra rar?  

things i do know:
Has gas
Has oil
Battery has charge
Fuel is on

Only other thing... it appears that someone when moving out of my garage had tipped it over (right side) if that helps at all?

put the fuel petcock on prime and give it a shot

Thankyou very much jetswing... thats exactly what she needed...

now... maybe i didn't notice this before.. but should it be making a swish or sucking sound from the engine between putts as its idleing?
