QuoteI have a 68 chevy, but that hardly counts. Doesnt run yet

What kind of chevy, my wife wants a 68 camero.

I have:
81 z28
74 ford f100
77 ford f100
96 nissan 200sx

wife's car is a 02 neon, I buy all the cars, so she got what I liked at the time.  Will probably have to get her something different, but hard to go back to car payments.  I also buy the houses, but I checked with her first on this one ;)

1993 Toyato Camry (thats about to fall apart)
1998 Eclipse GS that I bought in 2000 that I totally <3 (before they f'd up the body style, just wish I could have found a GS-X)

The pic is not my car, mine has stock rims and the calipers are painted red.
The cage of my dreams though is a 64 or 65 Pontiac GTO

collector car insurance is way cheaper, but you have to have a garage, and another vehicle for your primary transportation. unfortunately, i've just been told they won't accept a motorcycle as my regular use vehicle.  :guns:  :guns:  :guns:

   1994 s10 pickup
   1970 chevelle ss
1967 camaro (tubbed/narrowed rear end, 12pt cage, full frame).

recently sold a 96 firebird, and 91 blazer (needed to make room)

trying to find a cheap 4x4 and another muscle car.  also looking for a fixer-upper for my 14 yrold son (maybe an old cop car or an el camino)

also have a 2001 chevy astro work van/company vehicle so the cars listed above very rarely get driven.
oops,  you'll need a new one of them

Freeze, where was that photo of your boat (nice boat) taken? Those pines don't look like Pa., but maybe I'm wrong.

71 vw karmann ghia project car: started in 10th grade, i'm a junior in college now.  i finally painted it (porsche guards red) this weekend.  dang girlfriends really slow you down.  and living at college with the car at home doesnt help either.  anybody want to buy it when i put it back together?  i need to unload that project and get some money back in my pocket.

74 vw karmann ghia 'vert:  finished 10th/11th grade, rarely driven, now in storage at my parents until i grow up and get a house.

i might post pics of the ghias when i get home

Quote from: oppy00Maybe all the sweaty rugby gear? :dunno:  By the way rugby gear = shorts, socks, and shoes.  All just the way I like 'em stale and crisp from evaporated sweat.

looks like i'll be meeting you at the next USC-GSU match when i get back from my internship in the spring.  man i've missed rugby this semester.

Good eye dbNnc!  That is a pic from last summer out  on your own Outer Banks.  We were out on the boat 5 out of 6 days, it was absolutely wonderful.  I plan on going again next summer for another week.

dbNnc

^ I know my loblolly pines and bahiagrass.

Where exactly were you? I prefer the beaches from Cape Lookout south. The water's warmer due to the Gulf Stream and there are fewer rip currents than on the northern Outer Banks.

When do you think you'll be back in '06? Maybe you could toss the GS in the boat.

Freeze05

We were camping in Buxton (Cape Hatteras for you non-Atlantic folk), had the boat at a marina just a touch farther south on the Bay side.  The picture is from the parking lot of Bodie light house on the way home.

Yes, the beaches become far less crowded as you make your way south.  Totally worth the drive.
