IIRC, the C1 has seatbelts.  But it's more of a motorcycle than the Goldwing, IMO.  The guy at Bellevue Kawasaki said they're now coming with an option that lowers stabilizing wheels when the bike is at rest.  Training wheels.

Back to the OP.  Man, if you rode that, you wouldn't know if you were coming or going.
