I have to say that since I got my motorcycle I have not been driving my car hardly at all and feel like I have been neglecting her.  Now since the colder weather is coming I got her out the other day and gave her a quick cleaning.  Later on I got to change the oil, filter, plugs, O2 sensor, and install my new catalytic convertor.  Busy week huh?  There is other things that I need to work with on the car but I do not have time or the money with the holidays coming up.

What do you think of the SRT-4?

Nice pictures    I love Mopars. I've had quite a few of them, but never a Neon. I almost bought one late last Spring instead of my Hyundai, but I ended up getting a better deal on it. I wou;dn't mind a nice lil SRT-4  

As far as Neons go, yours is probably the coolest one I have seen.
And that is saying something because I think that most Neons are ugly.
Now that your driving your car alot, you will probably think that your neglicting your bike and a giant chain reaction will start.

Cosmetic differences only, all made in the same assembly plants. Same parts, except for the Mexican made Neons they have different radiators, other minor items too.

I am not 100% sure of the difference between a Dodge Neon and a PLymouth Neon, but I think the main thing is that Plymouth WAS a subdivision of the Chrysler Corp that owns Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Plymouth, etc (Mopars!). Plymouth went out of business and Dodge picked up production of the Neon.

There might be some technical changes but I think thats the main reason.

If I am not mistake, I also think that each subdivision had their own niche:

Chrysler = Luxury
Dodge = Performance
Plymouth = Family/Economy

When plymouth died out, the family/economy portion went over to Dodge.

Actually there is/was a Chrysler neon.  Export only though.

Plymoth still makes ONE car.

It is a Dodge SRT4 and no where does it say Neon on it.  Look at the website.  Look at one at a dealership.  A friends uncle has one and the title and registration and paperwork from the dealer didn't even say Neon.

The main shell and parts of the interior is the Neons but everything is SRT4.    SRT4

Jetswing - how do you figure the Neon is a Chrysler SRT? The Neon SRT-4 is a Dodge. What are you rambling about?  :lol: SRT isn't just for Dodge's. I know Jeeps have the SRT designation too.  :dunno:

Actually the last year or 2 of production of the Prowler it was called a Chrysler Prowler
