Quote from: BlazinjrI here a lot of people talk about photoshop but have never asked.  Here is a real stupid   question, but where would I get the software?

Can I just download it off of a site or is a purchase required?

Using the paint program sucks :( ....

Yeah, but even if you have Photoshop, it isn't easy to do this level of editing is it?  Man, that's an awesome picture...

I have Photoshop 4.0 (OLD version!) and I doubt I could do things like Jetswing - he is really talented. It is pretty advanced software; you really need to know a bit about graphics manipulation and digital imaging. Some of the cheaper stuff that comes bundled with digicams and scanners is better for people to fix up photos using "EZ tools" type stuff. But if you know what you are doing, you can do INCREDIBLE things with photoshop. Check out:

Some REALLY cool photochopped images over there; they do contests and stuff.
Richard died in a motorcycle accident that was at no fault of his own.  We lost a good friend and good member of this board.  Though Rich may be gone, his legacy will live on here.

Holy shaZam!. JetSwing, you've got some mad Photoshop skills, man. That's damned impressive. I've got Photoshop CS. I don't know what level of goodness it is or anything, but I got it from the University for cheap. Yay discount software.
