Well, I have been working on this thing while I recovered from my crash in October.  It's an 89, and had that dated all-white look.  I basically stripped this thing down to the frame and motor, and started over.  I painted it myself using that Duplicolor paint.  I painted all the body parts a metallic red with clearcoat, and used a graphite rim paint on the rims.  I replaced lots of little stuff, like the battery, grips, barends, front brakes, bolts, gaskets, etc, and put on a new set of BT-45's.  It was a lot of work but it turned out nice.  Check it out!  (you gotta scroll down.  I ain't got no html skills)

The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

It's the stock fairing from 89.  When I bought it originally, it was ground down and torn in half.  I repaired it with Bondo fiberglass stuff.  Looks brand new now.
