sounds like a fun trip!  how long does it take you guys to get there?  I think it's like 6 or something from here but I'm pretty special so don't hold me to that.

Thank you skoozi!!!  It took like 3 1/2 hrs to get there and only like 3 to get back.  But traffic was bad on the way up.

geesh I sure do wish there was something interesting within 3 hours of me.  Closest I got is going "up north" but that sure gets old quick.  Random, completely unplanned trips are the most fun.  You should make one to Yale   !!!
