Elegant.

Minor masking on the front spoiler and sidemarker.  From the exhaust, looks like an M.

It's a beauty.  Too bad I couldn't fit in it.

You know what it reminds me of RG?  Looks a bit like a TVR.  Except for the crazy side molding and the grill.

*drool* TVRs are so amazingly beautiful.

I was thinking it's what a Scion TC would look like after a severe makeover, but I see the TVR comparison.  They really did a nice job popping a lid on it.

Alphamazing

Why did they put the black stuff over the logos? It isn't like we aren't able to tell it's a Beemer.

I am a Scion owner and I consider that a complement.  But to me the tC looks a bit more like a 350z with its mouth wide open.

'Twas meant as such. From what I've seen, the Scion is a great car for a budget.  A friend of mine has a TC, and can fit a ton of crap in the back.  I have a soft spot for hatches of all kinds; if BMW won't give us the 1, the Z4 coupe might be a very nice consolation gift.

Jazzzzz

Looks more like a clownshoe than the original M coupe (I think that was the nomenclature on that one, it was an M car but obviously not an M3).  I liked that car, but I don't care for the roofline on this one -- it's too round when compared with the lines of the rest of the car.  I don't care for the looks of many of the "Bangle" cars, and yes I know he didn't design them.

Roadstergal

It was technically an MZ3 coupe, but was known generally as an M coupe, and that's going to cause some confusion when this one comes out...

The MZ4 has been in a couple magazines lately.

Wait, so what does the M designation mean? The M3 and M5 are sport versions of their respective number classes, right? And the MZ3 is the shoe-lookin' version of the Z3, correct?

the "m" stands for motorsport, a unique division of bmw specializing in high performance versions of bmw production models.

What's pictured there is the next generation fixed roof M-Coupe based on the Z4 roadster. BMW has already shown off this body style at a couple shows now in the Z4 coupe trim. Kinda old news, but it such a sexy car and I always get a kick from looking at it. Big improvement over the previous M-Coupe. It's definitely my favorite Chris Bangle-designed BMW to date. I love the long hood. The future Bangle-designed 3-series coupe should be pretty damn hot too.

If you don't like that car you can go home and cry :(

No doubt the Cayman S is a beautiful car. A far cry from the previous generation Boxster. For that much money, though, I'd just grab myself a Corvette C6. I'll save myself $14k and blow the doors off the Porsche. Or maybe go all out, spend an extra $7k over the Porsche, and just get a C6 Z06. Then nothing under $120k will catch me. :thumb:
