ok, so i read this thread thinking that there's going to be a vid of a guy playing james bond shooting the poptarts as they pop up out of the toaster.  I'm so disapointed.

That is a Rholm (sic?) phone. The RP model 120 I believe. Secretaries usually have the "400" with LCD display and intercom feature. There is a "240" as well that is a smaller version of the deluxe 400. Y"all probably have the 9000 series switch in the "Comm Room". Love, Wilson

I had started to take courses to TRY to get my MCSA/ MSCE and I believe it was in my A+ class that the instructor told us about PEBKAC and told us to remeber it and we would use it.  He was right.  It gets said almost daily.
