Due to some early celebrations, I have some Xmas bling to show off!  I got my leathers this past weekend and love them!  It's been a bit wet out here but we snuck out for some quick photos yesterday.

The guys who sold me the leathers are a relatively new company trying to get their product out.  They have treated me very well, both in this and a great tank bag I got form them.  So, to give them props....

Warning, the page has sound...
Also, my girlfriend decided she needs to be able to taunt and torment me at all times.  We have a set of the Chatterbox communicators.  Friends of ours have them and love them.  The moto convention was in San Jose this past weekend and they gave us a nice deal.
Speaking of the convention...
The Kawasaki 650 is a sweet looking ride.  It will be a fun play bike, just like the SV650, with the full fairings.  Nice low bike and very pretty...
The new Gixxers look great!  I love the tails, very sleek.
So, I thought I loved the new R6.  Too damn tall.  The new R1 is lower!
Triumph wasn't there except for a local dealer.  I really do love the look of the Speed Triple.  Definitely unusual with the cut off tail, but sweet...
I spoke to the guy about the Daytona 675.  Production will be up significantly next year.  He's pissed about how few they are getting this year.  Triumph done it right.  I'm going to check one out at a dealership in Marin in January.  Evidently the only way to get one this year is if someone backs out on their downpayment....

BTW, one thing I like about the leathers, the extra small size.  I am 5'7", 140 pounds and have had a heck of a time finding leathers that fit well.  These fit perfctly, no bunching up in the arms or legs at all....

I feel ya man. I'm 5'10 and 130 and it was an absolute pain finding something that fit right. I'll check these out next time I'm in the market. The Teknic ones did alright, as they are cut to a more European (read: skinnier) style.

You suck! Everyone who can ride now sucks!  :x I'm freezing my rear end off here - it was 3 degrees this morning!

Oh, I'm sorry! Nice leathers!!!! They look really cool and comfy!  :thumb: You suck!

holy cow.  5'10 and 130? Eat some biscuits dude!  I'm 5'10 and about 190-200..  not fat, or chubby, but can't gain anymore weight.  I'm eating healthier than normal and doing more cardio than weight lifting to try and get down to 175-180.

I've got 'im beat at 5'10", 125lbs. I'll get back up to 130 this supper, I mean, summer. I have to have the arms/wrists taken in on my XS TourMaster Cortech Coaster jacket.

Yes! Someone who understands me! I should (hopefully) be getting my weight up this summer as well. It's just so damn hard for me to :(

The most I ever weighed was 142lbs when I was in Austrailia (Brisbane, Perth) while in the U.S.Navy and that was because of the beer (Redback, mmmm...(available at the Steam & Anchor in Brisbane)).

Unfortunately, I have a fast metabolism and lost that weight after I got out of the Navy. Now, I'm waiting for old age to slow down my metabolism, and I'm hitting the gym.

Hey, nice leathers.  Sorry to see that BLACK is the prevailing colour -- would be safer if there was some Hi-Vis to the suit.  The prices seem reasonable, but really needs to be seen and tried-on to be certain.

As for ya'll that can still ride while those in my neck of the woods are sitting, hey, good riding to you.  Sour Grapes to Maduro Mistress -- you couldn't ride even if the weather was great in Wisconsin with that leg of yours.   :nono:

I agree, wish there was more color.  Evidently the back lights up like a Christmas tree when light is shown on it.
These guys have been very good to me as far as sales.  I did not pay anywhere near the retail price for the suit or tank bag.  They have gloves that match that may need ot be bought.  My gloves are silver and black, but, hey, it could be prettier.  They are based in LA.  I would recommend dealing with them.  I think they are working to get their product out there right now, so deals can be had...
