I saw kind of a lame one on TV..  Take someones ketchup bottle out of the fridge.  Squeeze it out until the level resides behind the label.  Put in a few spoonfulls of baking soda and put the lid back on and gently put back in fridge.  When the person goes to use it and either turns it upside down or shakes it.  The baking soda re-acts with the acid int he ketchup producing alot of gas and when they open the lid it expells almost all of the ketchup with violent force.

Or put a gallon ziploc bag full of pudding under there pillow and open the end very gently so that it won't ooze out on it's own.  then when they get in bed.....PLOP pudding oozes out everywhere..

or you could simply sneak up behind people all day with an airhorn and scare the shaZam! out of them..

If you have a digital camera, take a picture of the toilet, then plug in your digital camera into a PC or TV (using TV-out) and get the picture on screen. When you see people coming out of the toilets, start laughing out loud and pointing. The person will come and see the picture and think you saw them in there!

my brother used to send my grandpa to the store for things like elephant ear soup and chicken ice cream.  Still does stuff like that but he found a wife who was very resourceful...he sent her out for groceries one day and wrote "super ultimate double nut crunch peanut butter" and she brought some back.
