subc-I happen to like red/white and black. The difference this time is that its a one-peice and it will FIT right. I may add a little gold/tan accents as my helmet is red/white with godl pinstriping.

Rvertigo-someone I know had Kushitani do a dragon across his suits chest area so I think ANYTHING is possible. But I really do want to keep it understated and simple. Thats why I'm thinking of it in pseudo-retro terms. Trying to avoid the powerranger look. I had considered having PANTABLO done across the lower back...Going tomorrow to get fitted so I'll have a talk with them about what is possible. Again, I do want to keep it simple.

dgyver-white on back huh...was thinking white on front and red on back. white that much cooler to wear? Oh, and it'll be fully perf'd too.

hump or not? Thinking hump, just for kicks.

I think you should go for the retro look too. That understated black with white and red striping across the chest maybe? Or white with black and red?

actually I wear cool-max long sleeve shirt and pants under my leathers. keeps me cool in summer (and dry) and warm in winter. patagonia.

Yeah, it will make a big difference. How long have you had to sit in pit out waiting for the session to end before you can go out? Sucks starting the first lap hot as he!!. If you have a umbrella chic, then it does not matter.

Go hump. Besides a little areodynmic help, it will provide a cushion for your upper spine in a get off. Plus they look kewl.

Do they have an option for external armor?

White on back, red on butt and legs, red on shoulders (visibility), black on chest and arms (bugs/dirt/road grime).

if there was a way to save or hot-link from a flash site I'd show you guys what I'm thinking. The kushitani site has an Easy Order section where you can build your suit colors/patterns (Got Color, from home page there) but I dont have a way to show you guys...

That's why I suggest the shoulders (including the wishbone area), so upper chest, bust area.

red front, shoulders, hips, legs.
white back, lower 2/3's of arms, aero hump (w/red accent)
white collar w red Kushitani logo (small)
black kushitani logo on thighs
white accent above knee
beige/gold stripe along outside of legs and torso, inside arms.
black fabric at crotch
red fabric at underside of arms and behind knees
red stretch lower back panel w/white kushitani circular mtn logo

very simple layout of color. minimal logos. I think it will be tasteful.

fully perforated
paid extra for a gor-tex zip-in inner liner for cold weather

2 months +/-

Not sure about the gold though, maybe a dark gray instead?

gold (beige leather actually) picks up some gold pinstriping on my helmet...matchy-matchy as my buddy says...
