I need to reattach the right mirror on my GS500F.  The mirror was sheared off at the base of the stalk. The mirror itself is not damaged, and my fairing is not damaged.   I would appreciate any constructive advice.

PS: My technical abilities are limited...don't overestimate my intelligence.

i've broken two mirrors due to bad luck and i had to replace them.  they are not hard to replace.  just two hex head bolts holding it to the fairing. 

If you don't want to buy another mirror you could try using super glue. I have done this before and it held o.k. and it didn't look too bad either.
