I sometimes stop by Jimmy Johns late at night when I've been drinking.  I usually get two sandwiches and eat one that night and eat one in the morning for breakfast.  This is a fine idea, but please take my advice if you do this: determine that night which one will be the breakfast sandwich and have them hold the mayo on that one.

perhaps it is not Subway that smells foul, but rather you or one of your associates ....you just don't notice until you leave....when the wonderful smell of baked bread and cold cuts is gone....
PETE: It's four in the funking morning!

SHAUN: It's Saturday!

PETE: No, it's not. It's funking Sunday. And I've got to go to funking work in four funking hours 'cos every other funker in my funking department is funking ill! Now can you see why I'm SO FUNKING ANGRY?

ED: Funk, yeah!

Keep in mind that the 'corporate cafeteria' at Subway headquarters (in CT) is...you guessed it...a Subway.  The whole area has a hint of that unidentifiable (but yeasty) smell...they might be so used to it that they have no idea what you're talking about.
