I got my AFRAM 17-Tooth Front Sprocket from Bike Bandit.  Click here for their choices.  They also offer other manufactures, but I was rather pleased with what I got -- bigger yet lighter sprocket than OEM, AND it had a shoulder on it.

You can read about how I put it on via my Adding a Tooth -- Going Up to a 17T Front Sprocket post.  It was a follow-up to the Sprocket Cover Cleanout & Clutch Adjustment post I started earlier.

You could also browse this Right 15 tooth sprocket for the 2004 Gs500F post.
