Anyway, you really hit the spot on my only concern.  I was thinking that because the surface is curved, the sticker would eventually start peeling off.

This is where I measured the first time.  I know this pic sucks, but you can barely see an "inner ring" on the cover.  I measured inside that ring.  I would imagine that if the sticker were to extend beyond that, the sticker would kinda bulge out at the edges, making it peel off eventually.

I like the blue, but here's a thought...

instead of having so much CF showing, how about the back of the "S" being the same color as the case cover (silver) and he "S" being CF

that won't work. not all GS crank covers are silver. some are black. I'm not really sure if I like the idea of just a carbon "S" but I'll try it out....

I like this design more, looks like it would match the bike colors more. Don't really care for the metallic, esp in the yellow(which is what I need).
Also, apparantly in the last batch, the yellows came out kawasaki green - ick. Can we make sure that the printers don't make the same mistake with these?
