I know how you feel. Why do you think I'm going on my 650 mile ride? Because, technically, she's not my girlfriend yet. I mean, sure, by all practical purposes and standards yeah, but we gotta maintain integrity of the relationship, or something.

Tell her, man, even if you can't drive out to see her, a phone call to tell her is better than not telling her at all.
