I while back I mentioned wanting these gloves...well I bought them.  Came in today.  First impressions?

The leather is only 1~1.2mm thick, doubled in some areas.  Not as heavy as I'm used to but there's a lot of material on top of the gloves (where my injuries usually happen).

The carbon fiber knuckle is made of real carbon fiber.  that was unexpected.

The sewn and asthetic finnish is very nice...better than a lot of A* and Dainese stuff I've seen.

I prefer buckles to velcro but oh well...it works.

The fit is AWESOME!!  They fit like they were made for my hand!

The thread isn't actually bullet-proof

Overall I really like them.  If I wear my 2mm palm-gloves under them I'll have some pretty good protection, too.

I love the fast on the throttle side!

You should just get fast and slow tattooed on your knuckles and then get the devil chick tattooed on you left wrist and the angel chick tattooed on the right.  That would look cool.
