So I finally got my new tank on the bike, and am pretty happy with it. I actually like it a lot more than the '04 tank due to the light blue highlight inside the stripe. It's that little bit of extra color that makes it nicer, I think. I don't like the tail plastics though, and am looking for an '05 set to replace them with sometime in the near future. From an '04 F to an '05 E  .

I'll see if I can get some better pictures of it later on, but this one will do for now.

Actually yes, I think the tanks are the same color with the exception of the stripe. I'll take some comparisson shots this Thursday when I go home. They are both gorgeous colors of blue.

I still want an '05 tail end.

The '04 and '05 have a gorgeous metallic blue color. I love it.

I kinda like the look of the 04 tail on the 05, I'm comptemplating that trade alpha, it will be a few weeks before I can get home to my bike though.
