hey, Ok, here it is, I had been workin on the bike for about a week now, Painting the frame over and cleaning everything up. I had took the motor out of the bike to paint all the frame and paint the motor. Put that back in, Took the front end all apart, to grease everything and, unplugged all the wires inside the head light. Ok i had put everything back together today. Done the final things, and put the battery in. Was going to take the bike for a little drive, and turned the key, Headlight came on everything seemed good. Clicked the start button not a sound, Not even a little noise. I don't hear the bike even trying to start. What could of happened. I don't have no idea. One other thing, When i turn the key, none of the lights on the dash work, Like the OIL, HeadLIGHT, NUETRAL. Anyways guys could ya please help me out
Thanks Alot
Thanks for everyone's help.

Trace those wires down into the headlamp, the connector must be loose, or not seated all the way.  Also, have you checked all of your safety switches?  And lastly, did you pinch any wires between the headlamp shell and the steering head?  What about the connections to the starter solenoid?

Or, did something like this happen? http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=24743.0
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

good judgement trumps good skills every time.

Check out the start ckt in this thread.  Your headlight is coming on so the orange wires are getting 12V.  Trace the rest of the wires to find the problem.
