Anyone know where I can find a 6-8" LED Brake bar with LED turn signals built in?

Great find seamax! :thumb:

I'd recommend getting the NON-swivel...  The vibration from your bike would make the two screws loose, therefore letting gravity aim the LED's downward...  Happens all the time with aftermarket fog lights and such for cars.

I found a LED trouble light (work light or whatever else you wanna call it - its a stick that makes light).
Anyways I found it at Princess Auto for about 25$ CAN. It has something like 40 super bright pure white LED's already set up in a scatter-pattern on a board and I figure they would be easy enough to mount because of that. What I think would make this light perfect is that its already setup for a 12V application. By that I mean that its got a cigarette lighter plug and also an adaptor with a positive (+) and negative (-) clamps for powering the trouble light directly from a car battery.
The only thing I'm wondering about is the running light/brake light function of our tail lights. Do you need a special LED that has 2 different elements for the 2 light settings? I'm sorry but I don't know much about LED's. Anyone think that these would work well?
Just as a FYI. I bought the rechargeable trouble light that was on the shelf next to it ( I prefer the cordless ability ) and it is hell-of-a-bright!

You do need LEDs with two "filaments".  I'm not too tech savy on LEDs, so I can't explain in detail.  For car bulbs, there are some with two filaments inside.  These bulbs are used for both Low and High beams.  Then there are some car bulbs that only have one filament.  With these bulbs, there is an "accomplice" bulb that is used.  One for Low. One for High.

Or two different serial resistors, lowering the current for non-brake light. And that's why beating another led light over the head and telling it "you are a rear light on a motorbike now" might not be such a good idea.

Check out www.exoticsportbike.com ,look under accessories they have a LED tail light that has integrated turn signals for 89'-05'GS's, they also have a bunch of flush mounted turn signals for front and rear.  :2guns:
Being naked was great, but now that I'm older I thought I should cover up!!!!

You could always use the LED strip as JUST an additional brake light...  instead of both brake and running lights
