The same thing happened to me so I took a star screwdriver hammered it in a bit then unscrewed it.  I had to but on new pilots anyways.  Now I know to use the right screwdriver for the job next time.

ya know, this might be my fault.. i used one of those really small screwdrivers that come in the little plastic case. They sit in a staggered position in there.. about five of them.. I think theyre cheap though.  Only ones i had that would fit in there!!

What kinds of screwdrivers do you guys use that fit into that tiny spot?? :o

I am also curious about this particular question as I have also had the same problem as Rashad......... man-whore that he is.

By the way, thanks for the compliment Rashad.  In response I'd like to say that I've heard nothing but good things about your "man-gina".  All the ladies you service say your the best "he-Buddha Loves You man-whore" they've ever had.  You must have the best "he-pu$$y" ever.

Sorry, got a little carried away with the Deuce Bigalow Male Gigalo there.  My bad.

I tried to borrow screwdrivers from 3 different people to get my pilot's out and no one had one that would fit in the hole that they sit in, not a good one anyway.  I have one similar to Rashad's, but it just stripped out the jet.  I was convinced that no one made good screwdrivers in that size, and so where the three other people I tried to borrow screwdrivers from.  Cheapo screwdrivers just funked everything up.

Fit them before you buy at home depot. Or take your esisting screw driver and grind it to fit. It has to fit in tight and not hit the wall. A screwdriver is to be modified to fit. Then label it and use it only for the pilots.

I almost stripped the head of one pilot with a small screwdriver that wasn't catching well enough. Then I used a #1 flathead screwdriver bit on an extension which barely fit into the hole. It came out easily with no damage.

Hmm.. i have an impact driver that will take ANYthing out... i wonder if they make a bit that small....

Its a hand driver.. and the cool thing is, you dont have to hit it all the time.. it actually just helps to have that extra beefy handle and the piston movement helps when just using your hands on it.

By the way, that man0gina stuff... just uncalled for.. your on my shaZam!-list Drty boy!! :x

HEY HEY!  Don't get mad at me there Rash.  You can't be a Man-Whore without a Man-gina. :nono:   It's just not natural without one.  Sorry bro, but that's just the way it is.  :thumb:
