I had a brand-new Suzuki dual sport (DRZ or something...?). It had 3 miles on it or some shaZam!. It ruled.

I got a GZ250.  It was a decent-running bike, but I scraped the pegs quite a bit in the slalom.
Sorry, I won't answer motorcycle questions anymore.  I'm not f%$king friendly enough for this board.  Ask me at:

I was on a Kawasaki Eliminator 125. It was fun, too. SOOOO easy for me to drag a peg on those things. The instructors were laughing their butts off because I was dragging pegs in almost every excercise.

They loved when I was going through the course and took my left hand off to pull my visor up so it wouldn't fog. "Keep your hands on the bars and your shield down!"

How long were you  riding before you took your MSF.

We rode the same ones - we had some women in our class that were, umm, well fed.. and seeing them ride the 125 crusiers was probably one of the funniest things i've ever seen (next to them bailing on said bikes  :dunno_white: )

I had never ridden on the street before I took it. I had been in the dirt for a little while before that, possibly 6 or 7 trips out to the trails or so. The only place we could use the dirtbikes was an hour and a half away, plus it cost us $30 to get in, so we didn't make it out there that much.

Well, on the Eliminator 125, the pegs are like 4" from the ground anyways! I haven't done it on the GS yet.
