I just bought a 06 SV650 today.  I just wanted to say thanks to all who have helped me on my questions about my GS500.  I still have the little sucker.  (couldn't bring myself to part with it)

I've always liked those bikes but they seem a bit small in person. What do you think of it.

Funny, I too always planned that in the future I's sell my GS500F for an upgrade to a real sports bike, but I'm growing fond of the lil girl.
