Ok, I was just curious here. Who has had a warranty on their GS and actually used it?

I realize a lot of y'all bought your bikes used, so this might not really apply to you. But I am curious how many GS owners have had to use their warranty. 

never needed to.

nope - never used it, it is under warranty for the next 2 years

yeah i used it, there was a slight knocking noise when i bought it. they said it was a pieace on the camshaft, so they replaced it a couple months after i got it.

Unfortunately I did. When I took the bike, after a few km, the oil started sprinkle from the head gasket, so I went back for a free service, the gasket was pinched during assembly...

This is good information for everyone to know!

Personally, I bought my bike in '04 and never had to use my warranty.
