Seeing as there is only one bike shop in town, if I wanted to have the Harley shop rejet, would they know what I'm talking about?  If not, I could drive 30 miles to say, the Honda dealership or something.  I read the FAQ on this and, yeah, unless it costs more than $100 I would be interested.  No, I'm not spending $300 on a freaking muffler, so I guess I'll keep the stock one unless otherwise suggested.

Would this do the trick?  http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4634490311&fromMakeTrack=true

Bike is supposed to be done today, I'm anxiously awaiting the phone call!

Alright, at least can someone tell me, will the kit I have linked do the job?  I guess I can find a location that will be able to do it regardless.

Here are some opinioins on that seller and his "jet kit".  And his feedback isn't the greatest either...

I *think* the Harley dealership should be able to do the jetting for you if they have reasonably competant mechanics working there.  They may even be able to get (or have on hand?) the parts for you, especially if they do a lot of dyno tuning there.  It doesn't hurt to go in or call them up and just talk to them about it and see if it's possible and what kinda price you're looking at

Whoa, thanks for the link.  Yep, that saved me from being scammed.  I'll give them a call...see what's up and if they have any experience with this.  Thanks!

Can I ask what the "typical" overall cost of rejetting is around/averaging?

As for you spending $300 on a exhaust you can get a wileyco off of ebay for about $100 and a flange from Sinrath ( sorry if spelling is wrong) for about $50 ( check with him to make sure ).  You can order you jets from Sudco.com for less than $15 shipped to you I paid about $12.50 for all of them.
Installed them myself.  Before doing this I have never worked on a bike before it's very easy did two bikes in one evening.

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.
