Say a few prayers for my friend Chip. I just found out what most people in my town have known for awhile (I'm a little behind).. He was a friend of mine, back in my sophomore year of high school. We were on the wrestling team together, hung out some, you know, typical high school stuff. He was recently taken at gunpoint from the local library, shot, and stuffed in the trunk of his car. The murderer then drove around in his car for THREE DAYS, with his body in the trunk. All this by another teenage kid who lived right down the street from him, all because the kid wanted his car, and some cash. He had $12 on him. Killed over $12 and a car. Life is short. Hug your loved ones.

I'm sorry to hear that.  I'll send some prayers to friends and family.

that is an unbelievably tragic story. my heart goes out to his family and friends.

That's just downright sick.  How sad that a life is worth $12 and 3 days use of a car to some people.  Hope it's a death penalty state.

Just read the news article, he faces the death penalty if convicted. Hope they fry the bastard quick, none of that 15 years on death row bullshit..

I am so sorry to hear that.  My deepest sympathies go out to you and his family.  It terrifies and shocks me as to how EVIL people can be.  I hope the kid who killed your friend does go to jail and spends the rest of his life rotting.
