Be careful with broad generalizations like that.  Like RVertigo pointed out, that "fact" is pretty weak in the real world. Rarely does a woman who does the same job with the same amount of qualifications at the same agency make less than the equal male counterpart. As pointed out by the here , the gap is mostly because the occupations that are "traditional" woman positions pay less. The men in the "traditional" female position are paid the same as the woman. However, more females need to get themselves into "traditional" male occupations. Nothing unfair or sexist about it. The opportunities are there now where they were not before. Seek them out  :thumb:

I have thought about giving my wife the GS next year and upgrading to like a Z-1000 or something, but I am affraid she will forget to turn on a curve and end up a hood ornament.  :cookoo:

15 tooth front, Laser Exhaust, K&N, DynoJet, Nelson-Riggs mini sport sadle bags, Zero Gravity Dk Double Bubble windscreen. At 1,500 ft I am running 20 pilots  62.5 Mids 135 Mains and 2-1/4turns out on mixture screw.
