I am in need of a new Carb for my 98 GS... and I have found a set locally that the shop is unsure of the exact year they are from.  The tag on the carbs says 89-00.

Are they the same for all years before 00?

Thanks, search yielded a lot to sort through that was posing other questions (ie. "can i use a gs500f carb...")

Yep, the carbs on '89 thru '00 models are the same.
