After 10 blissfull months with my gs, I've decided to sell her to a friend at work... I want to give him a good deal so I thought I'd ask you what you all think.

usual mods (V&H, rejet, ignition advancer, air filter)
in good shape, small dent in tank from handlebars, small bit of rust here and there
about 4,000 miles on the tires
runs like a dream

I was thinking $1400, whatdya think?

Sounds fair enough to me especially since he will prob have to put new tires on soon.
