Anyone seen a Naked Katana or GSX-R?

I gotta wonder if they'd be cool lookin'.

Yes on the Kat, and it actually looked pretty dope. She's a butterface, but you strip her down to her naked body and the boner juices can start flowin.

ps. zz6r

I understand.

What he is saying is that Kawasaki and Suzuki are owned by the same company.  They are sister companies.  So you really can't be hatin' on Kawasaki.

Queso, it sounds to me like the ZZR600R would be the perfect bike for you.

BTW, Queso: did your nick name used to be Cheese?  Did you live on the same dorm floor as me your freshman year?  Did I rip a piece of wood trip off the wall and throw it at you, lancing it through the side of your foot?  Just wondering if that was you.

I just like Suzuki's styling and image. I'll reluctantly review a ZZR.

I've never lived on campus at any college, never been in Montana, and the nickname Queso is just a Spanish word I saw back in elementary that I thought sounded cool, chose it as a "Spanish name" for Spanish class, and it stuck.

Jake D

Yeah, I've never been in Montana either.

Came out of left field on that one.

My spanish name was Pancho.

With all the talk of gixxer, bandit and katana... I don't believe anyone mentioned that the katana and bandit have basicly the same motor with a different displacement... Old school oil cooled is just about the same... matter of fact you can slip a 1200 bandit motor into a katana..

Or even better... buy a bandit and put some gsxr 1100 cams in it... that's going to be a hot one..

the katana and bandit have pretty much the same time tested designed motor. The layout of the two engines goes back to the 80's and  there's plenty of interchangablity and all kinds of market support. The new gixxer is a different animal entirely... Now if you're looking at a '92 gsxr750 you're looking at the studly grandfather of todays katana motor...
Fett's (CRASHED) Ride-Flush Mounts, Aluizio Undertail, Aluizio Hugger, Wileyco w/flange, K&N, Sudco Jets, Custom Painted Tail & Fender, 2wheeljunkie LED Tails & Factory Clip-ons       Now I'm rolling an old school GSXR1100 w/1260cc kit built by Joe Marasco himself and two Harley 883 sportsters!

Queso

What's MO? Whatever it is, I'm sure I never spent any extended period of time there...

Jake D

Missouri.

Kansas City, Missouri.

West side of the state.  240 miles west of St. Louis, Missouri.

Population, in the greater metro, of a couple million.  3 professional sports teams.

Actually... I've recently brought into consideration the V-Strom 1000... There is strong appeal for me in a bike capable of hittin the trails... Or maybe even a DR650... And that's got a Mikuni on it  :icon_mrgreen:

BMW GS - you get to keep a legendary name and the bike has a nice engine will perform well on road and off road.

Looking for sporty commuter bike? Did you see the Honda intercepter?
Pilot 22.5, Mid 65 , Mains 147.5, Mixture screw 3.5 turns out

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.

Queso

I'd prefer to stay with Suzuki...

GSdave

Katana pfff please go GSX750R :2guns:
05' Gs500f its bone stock----isn't it sad?

Queso

Well... With how much money I've been putting into my GS, I may be keeping it longer than I originally thought... So I prolly will go with the gixxer 750... I'd go with the 750 over the 600 because it seems the 750 has a lot more over the 600 than a few CCs.

Kasumi

Looks, breaking, acceleration, performance, trick bits, top speed, fancy clocks, more people looking at you than at the catwalk, beautiful sound, oh and the option of a gstwins.com sticker on the  swingarm to really piss off the gixxer crew  :thumb:
