I recently replced the needles in my carbs and didn't pay attention to the proper sequence of spacers, clips etc.   The needles have only the one slit for the c-clip, there is a white "donut" type spacer and a larger brown nylon/plastic spacern or washer.  Can someone tell me the proper sequence that these are supposed to be in.  I've expereimented some but have given up in frustration.

Thanks.

Everything but the larger diamater spacer goes under the e-clip to hold the needle up, the one large spacer goes over the e-clip to keep the needle in position with the slide. I made the mistake of putting them all under the e-clip when I 1st redid my carbs
I can't remember who but on one of the board member's websites there is an excellent picture of the arrangement.

Thanks for the help.  That's how I origianlly re-installed them as well.       Ran fine until I gave the bike some throttle., coming back to idle it would die unless I gave it some choke.  Very frustrating.  :?   Would be cool to see the site you mention.

Thanks again,
