Has anyone seen a company that makes womens peferated leather pants?  The only ones I can seem to find are solid leather and it's just to hot here in the summer for that.  And not custom made I know about that already.  Oh and before the fun begins no these are not for me they are for my wife.

 good luck even if/when you do find them they'll be almost as expensive as customs

Yeah I think you are right.  I have been looking and could not find anything but custom.  I'm probally being an *ss.  My gear is textile mesh for summer.  Just wanted my wife to have better protection than I did.  Don't mind if I get hurt just don't like it when other people get hurt.

I totally hear ya' on that...

All of my wife's gear is better than mine...  I don't know what I'd do if she got hurt... I'd totally hate it.

Although, I kinda like it when "other people" get hurt... Just not my wife.

And yeah...  Good luck on the perf'd leather pants for anyone, much less for a woman.  :icon_confused:  This about it like this...  What's better, jeans or mesh pants?  Just get her these or something similar...  The longer you wait to get 'em, the longer she's riding without proper leg protection...

shaZam!... Chaps are better than jeans...

Actually if you're just looking for pants now... Fieldsheer makes a pair of really cool mesh ones Four Season Mesh I believe, with zip out quilted liner and waterproof liner plus they make them in skinny sizes!!

Just to clarify, the fieldsheer come in size four, but I typically wear a 0/1 and they fit me. I'm 5'3 and about 100lbs.  I haven't tried on the Joe Rocket. Any way she can try them on?

Jackie we have swap meets here, I live very close to Americade, and there's one every year in Saratoga, NY at the civic center. I went last year. I've been to Laconia too. I have a pair of cheap chaps from Americade a couple years back they keep me warm but don't offer much protection. All of the overpants or leather pants I saw there weren't great..the point of a swap meet is cheap products. Smalls are hard to find too. Most of the helmets weren't DOT approved and one jacket my dad was looking at had a broken zipper. The better stuff I've seen was actually at the Cycle World show in NYC. For some things swap meets are great..other times the stuff is crap.

There are several stores in the area that sell mc pants.  Will take her there and if they have what she wants I'll buy it there.  If she cannot find anything she wants then I'll get the sizes and order online.  She's close to your size she's about 5'6" or 5' 7" and 105.
