All the ones I have found so far that look just like it (leather .. all black) haven't had any padding/ good padding.. Do you'll have any suggestions on an all-black leather jacket like this?

It's kind of hard to make out the jacket in that picture... but it kinda looks like my Joe Rocket Velocity that I just happen to have mentionned about a minute ago in this post.

I really want a leather jacket that is 'simplier' :/ That jacket has to much going on for me... I get confused easily

I had a good chuckle during my MSF course... While I was walking to the that I was riding for the course (Buell Blast) one of the guys shouted :"Man, you're just walking... and you look like you're going fast!!!"

It's actually a pretty simple jacket, excellent padding, and a few good vents (which encourage you to go faster in hot weather!). there's also a removable liner that is nice for the colder days.

I have a fieldsheer stinger that i absolutely love. Perforated on the chest & back. Removable CE armor(back, elbows/forearms) , re-enforced elbows, shoulders, foam butt. Came with a zip-in liner. I paid a premium for it but its an absolutely sleek jacket.

Thats the jacket, mine is all black which is missing from that listing. I bought mine locally.

Alpinestars normally has good cutting if you prefer the more "fitting" apparel as opposed to the Joe Rocket "loose" cut.  If so, the Alpinestars Alloy jacket might be an option.
