When my chain came off, i took off the front sprocket cover to see where the oil leak was comming from. What i found was it was a chain lube and oil mix from when i last cleaned my chain. thats the good news. the bad news is that the clutch push rod is broke (I think thats what it is?) its the rod just to the left of the front sprocket. The question is, how do i fix it ???

Try and grab the bit left in the engine with needle nose pliers. It should pull out.
The GS has the end piece of the rod seperate from the rest, probably for this very reason.
Then buy a new rod for a few £ / $.

You might want to get a new clutch pushrod oil seal whilst your at it.
After my chain took out my clutch pushrod the new rod always leaked a little until I replaced the oil seal.
