I don't know if anyone will find this useful, but I put together an Excel Spreadsheet to keep up with my general maintenance on my GS.  I hope this helps someone. I always forget when the last time changed my oil was, so this helps me remember.  Just go to the following URL and then right click on the Maintenance Schedule link to download it as a target.
