has anyone ever gotten a ticket from photo radar or heard of anyone getting a ticket from photo radar on a motorcycle?

though they are all around LA .. Those i believe only take front plates, or maybe both.. If they take front us motorcyclists can go scott free

here in arizona they first take a pict of your face, then another of your butt to get your license plate. but right now most of the time if they cannot clearly identify the driver they dont bother even sending the ticket

yeah in phoenix (where i had lived)., photo radars everywhere. at mmi, they had told us if you see flash/ or light go off, hit brake immediately gives pick a fuzziness they cant see numbers. probably   i dont know. i was there with an az lic. but tn tags on my truck. so i never got hassled with.

I just putmy licenseplate at such an extremeangle, they cant readit. it worksflawlessly. they didhowever give me huge ticketfor nomirrors aftewr i brokemine.

And this is why here in AUS they are seriously considering reintroducing front number plates.    Seems the lack of front identification is a major source of revenue loss.  

hitting the brakes doesn't work, putting your plate at an angle doesn't work  These are much more sophisticated systems than you are giving them credit for, sometimes it takes them up to 3 years to finally get the ticket to you but you'll get it eventually

WEll baker, you might be right where you live, but not here in Calgary. I knwo it works for a fact. It couldnt work better, just dont pass them doin a wheelie. then youll get caught!

In B.C, I've had car tix but never a bike ticket, tho last Thursday might have been a ball buster if the unmarked cop car ahead hadn't flashed his rear window lights at the car infront of me.
Man, did we slow don fast.
Then not 300 yards later, he did a blue smoke U turn to nail a BMW going the other way. There is a purpose for BMW's after all :mrgreen:

Only picture they would get is a cow's ass out here in KY. :lol:  I guess I do not have to worry about those types of thing's for a while.
