Grub-Screw Clutch ?

behind that little alien face, is the grub screw supposed to wiggle a bit?

had the cover off and niticed that it wiggle some, is that normal?

The screw should be locked down with the nut on it.
The movement is the play in the eccentric piece.
The cable pulls up the arm on the eccentric piece and it screws inward pushing on the clutch rod.
It should have some play in it.
If it doesn't, you can release the locknut and turn the grubscrew out.
It should be set about 1/4 turn out from making contact with the clutch rod.
